All returns must be back in our store by Friday Erev Yom Tov

We will not except returns that arrive on or after Yom Tov

We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on orders of $75+

WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE USA. (WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA)

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE LOST OR STOLEN ONCE MARKED DELIVERED ON TRACKING INFORMATION.

Orders placed after 2 P.M. (Fridays 1 P.M.) may be shipped on the next business day.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges on our website, if you would like to order a different color or size it is recommended that you make a new order for the items that you would like and send back the unwanted items for a return as per below.

RETURNS

In the case of a return, customers are responsible to pay the cost of the return shipping*, unless the item had been sent in error or the item has a defect*.

 

Defective items

Any item that has a defect must be brought to our attention via email with a photo and order number within our return policy timeframe. We highly encourage customers to open all their orders and check all items that they have received the correct items and that they without defect. We are not responsible for items ruined in the wash unless we have multiple complaints about the same item, we take all feedback seriously and keep track of any problem items so we can refund accordingly.

To return part or all of your order: Please make sure to enclose your packing slip or contact info when sending back a return. Please place the items folded neatly into their original packaging to facilitate an efficient return.

  • Returns can be made in store (address below) during store hours. 
  • Returns can be shipped back to the following address. If shipping back on your own, we recommend getting tracking information as we are not responsible for return shipping errors. If you would like a UPS return label, please email us at [email protected] with your order number or ship number and we will send you a label; the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

*If your order qualified for free shipping and you return your entire order or if your new total after the return is below the qualifications for free shipping we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund.

 

Hosiery: We can only accept hosiery returns unopened and in the original packaging. Returns made within 8 days of delivery will receive a full refund.

Clothing: Clothing returns must be unworn with the original packaging and tags intact. Returns made within 8 days of delivery will receive a full refund.

Accessories: Accessories returns unused with the original packaging and tags intact. Returns made within 8 days of delivery will receive a full refund.

Underwear: All undergarments including Underwear, Undershirts, Baby Bodysuits, Slips and Bras are FINAL SALE.

Swimwear: All bathing suits are FINAL SALE.
